Terms of Use
Introduction
Welcome to Injectables AI, LLC (“Injectables AI”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Injectables AI website, the Injectables AI mobile application, and related services we provide (together, the “Services”).
Your agreement: By joining the waitlist, downloading or using the app, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may terminate access and delete related data.
What we provide
Website. Our marketing site describes Injectables AI and lets you join a pre-launch waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription or guarantee access to any product or beta cohort.
App. Injectables AI is a personal medications companion for compounded peptides. Through the app you may:
- Photograph a compounded vial or label for AI-assisted identification
- Confirm peptide, strength, diluent, and prescribed-dose details for tracking
- Log injections, rotate sites, set reminders, and track vial timing
- Export an administration history you choose to share with your prescriber
AI identification results and related text are informational aids only. They are automated, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not medical advice, pharmacy dispensing, prescribing, diagnosis, treatment, or insurance coverage decisions.
Injectables AI is not a licensed pharmacy, medical provider, or medical device. Always follow the label from your compounding pharmacy and the instructions of your prescribing clinician.
AI processing
When you capture a vial or label photo, the app may send the image and related text to Google Gemini to extract identification fields. Processing is described in our Privacy Policy and AI transparency pages. AI output can be wrong. Verify every result against the physical label and your prescribed protocol before acting.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Damage, overload, or impair our systems or other users’ enjoyment
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Create a false identity to mislead others
- Transmit illegal, infringing, or malicious content
- Use the Services in ways they are not intended, including representing AI label reads as clinical orders, pharmacy verification, or official medical records
- Violate applicable laws
Intellectual property
Site and app content (branding, software, copy, and materials) is owned by Injectables AI or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of materials we provide.
You retain ownership of original content you create (for example photos you take and logs you enter). You grant us a license to process that content as needed to operate the Services.
Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Electronic communications
You agree to receive service-related electronic communications (for example waitlist confirmation and product notices). You can ask us to stop non-essential updates by emailing privacy@injectablesai.app.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will update the Effective Date when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Termination
By you: stop using the Services and/or request deletion of your waitlist or app data by contacting us.
By us: we may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, risk to the service, or other legitimate reasons, with or without notice where permitted.
Disclaimer of warranty
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUT MAY BE INCORRECT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. THE SERVICES DO NOT REPLACE YOUR PRESCRIBING CLINICIAN OR COMPOUNDING PHARMACY.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INJECTABLES AI, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
Indemnification
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Injectables AI, LLC and its affiliates, officers, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
Medical disclaimer
Injectables AI is an informational health companion application designed to assist patients in organizing and logging medication protocols prescribed by their healthcare providers. It is not a licensed pharmacy or medical provider and does not prescribe or dispense medications. Always consult your prescribing physician for specific medical advice.
