AI transparency
This page is the Article 50-style notice for Injectables AI under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act), where that regulation applies. It tells you when you are interacting with an AI system and when content is artificially generated.
Controller: Injectables AI, LLC, Delaware, United States.

What this product is
Injectables AI is a personal medications companion for compounded peptide identification and protocol tracking. You can photograph a vial or label, confirm identification and dose details, log injections, and set reminders.
AI identification results are informational aids for you. They are not used to diagnose, prescribe, dispense, admit, rank, certify, or determine insurance coverage. We do not sell this product to employers, schools, or health plans for selection or clinical decision-making about you.
You are interacting with AI
When you capture a vial or label photo for identification, the image and related text are sent to Google Gemini. The structured fields returned (peptide name, strength, diluent, concentration, and similar label text) are produced by that AI system, not by a human pharmacist or clinician reviewing your photo in real time.
Where the product shows identification results, we present them as AI-assisted reads that you must confirm against the physical label and your prescribed protocol.
AI-generated text
Identification summaries and related parsed fields are AI-generated. They can be wrong, incomplete, or misread handwriting and crowded compounding stickers. Always verify against the pharmacy label and your clinician’s instructions before drawing a dose or changing your protocol.
The marketing website may show simulated scan previews for illustration. Those demos are not live AI processing of your medications.
What we do not do
- We do not use emotion recognition.
- We do not use biometric categorisation or identify you across other services from your vial photos.
- We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about employment, admission, certification, prescribing, or coverage.
- Injectables AI does not train its own foundation models on your data.
Providers we use
- Google Gemini — vial and label photo identification and related structured text.
Google provides general-purpose AI models. Injectables AI provides this medications-companion system under its own name, with our prompts and product flows. We add human-readable labels in the product so you can tell when content is AI-generated.
Your choices
You choose when to capture and submit a photo for identification. You can delete app content you control, or email privacy@injectablesai.app to request deletion of personal data we hold.
